Juicy Couture is relaunching, TikTok stars are obsessed with 2000s fashion, and models such as Bella Hadid have stepped out in mesh tees reminiscent of the era, which is all about maximalism. But just because the throwback aesthetic is trending doesn’t mean it has to be cheesy or stuck in the past. Take the garments from Noon Cottage Industry, an Instagram brand specializing in hand-dyed mesh tops.
