I Love General Hospital Shirt

By this shirt here:  I Love General Hospital Shirt

Like it or loathe it, Y2K style is back. Juicy Couture is relaunching, TikTok stars are obsessed with 2000s fashion, and models such as Bella Hadid have stepped out in mesh tees reminiscent of the era, which is all about maximalism. But just because the throwback aesthetic is trending doesn’t mean it has to be cheesy or stuck in the past. Take the garments from Noon Cottage Industry, an Instagram brand specializing in hand-dyed mesh tops. Most of the I Love General Hospital Shirt  are full paintings, depicting graphic scenes on a hazy mesh canvas cut into tops and dresses. The style is reminiscent of tattoo art (also a Y2K motif) and comic books, with the sex appeal dialed up to a 10 thanks to the slinky silhouettes. They’re a visual feast.

If I had to summarize the current contents of my brain, it would sound more or less like the Lady Gaga scream from A Star Is Born. I’m not the only one, either; as the I Love General Hospital Shirt  anxiously awaits the results of the 2020 presidential election, it feels like everyone—or, at least, everyone on Twitter—is on the verge of absolutely losing it. There’s a lot of discussion going on right now about the best pop-cultural counterprogramming to soothe your overtaxed brain when you just can’t refresh the CNN home page anymore. While there’s certainly an argument to be made for unwinding with The Great British Bake Off or a classic rom-com, I’ve taken a different tack; over the last three days, I’ve watched three full seasons of the HBO series Veep, and I hope to finish the entire series by the time they call Nevada.
